The breathtaking Gallery Ballroom is located on our fourth floor and features 6,200 square feet of open space with soaring 21-foot ceilings. This impressive space is the ideal setting for a banquet, conference, wedding reception or special occasion. The Gallery Ballroom can be seamlessly divided into three sections with silk-lined air walls for additional privacy and flexibility.
Gallery Pre-Function Space
The vast North East Gallery pre-function space boasts floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Battery Park City. Plush couches, armchairs, dramatic mood lighting and minimalist décor provide stylish surroundings for a cocktail reception, party or coffee break during meetings and conferences.
The spacious West Ballroom is located off the main lobby on the second floor. At approximately 3,300 square feet, the West Ballroom can be divided into three sections, each with an exclusive entrance. The 11-foot ceilings showcase glowing square glass chandeliers that create a warm, inviting ambiance. A perfect venue for conferences, large meetings and stylish seated events.
West Ballroom Foyer
Host receptions, registrations, buffets or social occasions in this expansive foyer space, located off the second-floor lobby. The West Ballroom Foyer is a great venue for casual social gatherings and networking events.
Our high-tech boardroom is perfect for productivity, and features large windows with automatic blackout shades, ensuring the room has just the right amount of natural light for your needs. The sleek conference table and executive leather chairs offer a comfortable and modern setting for your next board meeting.
Ideal for presentations, workshops and small meetings, our studios range from 490 to 1,090 square feet. Each studio features stylish tables and chairs, modern A/V equipment and lighting, plus large windows with automatic blackout shades to suit your needs.
This beautifully designed meeting room is located within the Business Center, beside the atrium lobby. The meeting table seats eight, and there’s additional seating for seven people within the suite. Included is an 80” TV with laptop and cable connectivity, as well as video conferencing capabilities.
