The Event Space

GALLERY BALLROOM

The Gallery Ballroom is located on the 4th floor and is over 6,200 square feet with soaring 21 foot ceilings.  This impressive space is the ideal setting for a seated dinner, large meeting or festive social occasion.  The Gallery Ballroom can be seamlessly divided into three sections by the silk lined air walls with a touch of a button.

 

GALLERY PRE-FUNCTION

The impressive North East Gallery with floor to ceiling windows overlooking the Battery Park City neighborhood is the pre-function space to the Gallery Ballroom.  Elegant couches, armchairs and coffee tables existing in the space provide comfortable seating options for a cocktail reception or breaks.  The windows and walls are washed in a beautiful colored light adding a festive ambiance to the 24 foot high space.

 

WEST BALLROOM

The West Ballroom is located conveniently off the main lobby on the 2nd floor through a large pre-function space.  At approximately 3,300 square feet, the West Ballroom can be divided into three sections with separate entrances.    The 11 foot ceilings showcase glowing square glass chandeliers which lend a warm lighting scheme to the subtle palate of the West Ballroom space.

 

WEST PRE-FUNCTION

Located off the 2nd floor main lobby across the threshold into the private meeting space the 15 foot ceilings lends an open and airy feel to this pre-function space leading into the West Ballroom.  This Foyer space is ideal for meals, registration or receptions.

 

BOARDROOM

Located on the 2nd floor, conveniently off the main lobby featuring floor to ceiling windows offering natural light with the option of automatic black-out shades.   The Boardroom’s beautiful wooden conference table accommodates up to 20 guests with leather executive chairs.

 

STUDIO

The Studios are located on the 2nd floor, conveniently off the main lobby offering a variety of sizes from 490-1,090 square feet.  These rooms feature floor to ceiling windows offering natural light with the option of automatic black-out shades.
